JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to quash the order date 30.02.2020, passed by district programme officer Jamui by which the selection of petitioner on the post of Bari Angan Sevika has been declared illegal and direction was given to issue appointment letter in favour of Respondent No. 6.

(ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ, order direction to declare the selection of petitioner on the post of Angan Bari Sewika legal and not disturb the petitioner from functioning as Angan

(iii). For issuance of an appropriate writ, order direction to stay the operation of order dated 30.9.2020 passed by District Programme Officer Jamui.)."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
