====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-02-2025 Heard Ms. Kusum Rani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Nitya Nand Tiwary, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 13.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70151 of 2024 for further extension of time to surrender before the learned District Court.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the modification application and the affidavit, further period to surrender before the learned District Court is extended till 19.02.2025 subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- in the account of the Advocates' Association, failing which the bail granted to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9044 of 2025(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 petitioner shall stand rejected.

4. Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
