ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 7.10.2015 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Criminal Appeal No.90 of 2015/ 23 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 2.9.2015 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Sitamarhi, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Dumra P.S. case No.180 of 2015 (JJB case No.1381 of 2015). In view of the nature of allegations, this Court would be of the view that releasing the Petitioner would be putting him in risk of further bad company.
The application stands rejected.
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.899 of 2015 dt.29-02-2016 2/2 The Juvenile Justice Board, Sitamarhi is directed to conclude the enquiry positively within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party.
