On 22.06.2018, the Court had recorded that learned counsel for the University has submitted that time be given for him to verify as to whether all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid or not. Today, learned counsel submitted that as per his instructions Rs. 24,86,426/- has been paid to the petitioner which is full satisfaction of his claim. For such contention he refers to the application filed by the petitioner himself, copy of which is Annexure-3 to the writ application dated 02.01.2018, in which claim of Rs. 24,80,426/- has been made.

3. Having regard to the stand taken by learned counsel for the University, more than the amount demanded having been paid to the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed off.

4. However, if the petitioner feels that any further amount remains to be paid, he shall be at liberty to make a representation before the respondent no. 3. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the respondent no. 3 shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
