2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also the State and the respondent no. 6.

3. The present petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 27.06.2018 passed in CWJC No. 3357 of 2012 by which the respondents-opposite parties was directed to take decision on the fresh petition being preferred by

Patna High Court MJC No.447 of 2019(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 the petitioner.

4. Though show cause(s) are on record, the order in question was not part of it and as such, now the learned counsel for the State has provided a copy of the order passed by Special Secretary-cum-Appellate Authority, Education Department in Appeal No. 6 of 2010 which shows that vide memo no. 62 dated 20.04.2023 itself, a decision has been taken, copy whereof was also communicated to the petitioner as would manifest from the record of the order.

5. In that view of the matter, the MJC No. 447 of 2019 stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps against the order passed by the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, if he wants to do the same.
