ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in Dulhin Bazar P.S. case No.150 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and 4, 6, 8 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of the Additional District & Sessions Judge 1st, Patna. Considering the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial in view of the observation of the Apex Court.
