JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 It is submitted by Mr. Anis Akhtar, learned counsel for the petitioner that against the impugned order dated 06.12.2016 passed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Bihar State Sunni Waqf Board whereby the Managing Committee was constituted for the management of the Haji Khoda Bux Waqf Estate Rambagh (Waqf Estate No. 1190), the petitioner has a remedy before the Waqf Tribunal under Section 83 of the Waqf Act, 1995. He submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order before the Waqf
