This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 89 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is the Gotni of the deceased and the husband of the deceased is in jail. Considering the relationship of the petitioner with the deceased, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court
