2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 281 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 304B, 34 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have killed the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased and he is innocent. The petitioner is in jail since 22.08.2023. He also submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 281 of 2022.
