Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shyampur Bhataha P.S. Case No. 232 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation in the FIR, 285.12 ltr. Foreign liquor containing in 837 bottles was recovered from a Hut. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and he has falsely been

He also submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and said liquor was recovered from a Hut. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.12.2020. However, learned APP for the State vehementally opposed the prayer for regular bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist-cum-Special Judge Excise Act, Sheohar in connection with Shyampur Bhataha P.S.
