Patna High Court CWJC No.16299 of 2016 (2) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 learned counsel appearing for the State.

Mr. Dilip Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly submits that in view of the fact that the State Tribunal is now functional, he may file appeal before the State Appellate Authority.

In view of the above, petitioners are granted liberty to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority. If the appeal is filed within a period of one month from today, along with a copy of the order of this Court, the State Appellate Authority is required to examine the appeal of the petitioners in accordance with law after condoning the delay, if any, in filing the appeal in view of the fact that the writ petition filed by the petitioners remained pending in this Court since 26.09.2016.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
