The petitioner seeks bail in Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No.130 of 2018 registered under Sections 382 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant in sum and substance alleged that five persons came on motorcycle and snatched Rs.20,000/- and a mobile having Airtel SIM No.8804316552 and fled away. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Manu Giri. Petitioner is in jail since 30.07.2018. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent but now he has already been released on bail in all other cases. Similarly situated other accused persons namely, Rakesh Rai and Manu Rai have been granted bail. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact petitioner

Tr. 816/18(CIS-816/18) arising out of Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No.130 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be mother of the petitioner.
