====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Economics Offences P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015 registered under Sections 419, 420, 468, 469, 472 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather his name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused, Dhananjay Kumar Singh, while the house of the petitioner was also searched but nothing incriminating has been recovered from his house. It is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54532 of 2015 (3) dt.11-01-2016 further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 05.09.2015, moreover, the charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Patna, in connection with Economic Offence P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
