2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Tiyar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 34, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, there is land dispute between the parties. It is further alleged that the petitioners along with other co-accused person came to the house of the informant and started abusing and threatening him. Co-accused Lallu Yadav opened fire at the son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13811 of 2024(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that the specific allegation of firing shot is on co-accused Lallu Yadav and not against the petitioners. There is no overt act against the petitioner. So far as the cases mentioned in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition is concerned, they all have been lodged by the informant's side.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bohjpur at Ara in connection with Tiyar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
