The petitioner, who is in custody since 15.05.2015 in connection with Kachhwa P.S. Case no.03/12 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.
It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the F.I.R. only suspicion was raised against two accused persons on the plea that the husband of the informant was taken away and subsequently his dead body was found. The petitioner's name has come on confession of co-accused. He submits that save and except the aforesaid material, there is no other material against

In view of the facts and circumstances, particularly the fact that nothing has been alleged in the F.I.R. against the petitioner, let the petitioner, namely, Janeshwar Sharma be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge 3rd, Rohtas in connection with Kachhwa P.S. Case no.03/2012 ( S.Tr. No.545/2015).
