Petitioner representing himself to be agent of Aryan agro Project India Ltd., Aryan Netrojent Food Project Ltd., Aryan Holly Heath Pvt. Ltd. and further giving false assurance to the depositors including the complainant/informant succeeded in collecting the money from them and then siphoned the money.

Considering the allegation on its face, petitioner Amar Nath @ Amar Nath Mahato is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53486 of 2015 (3) dt.15-02-2016 connection with Kartahan P.S. Case No.59 of 2015, subject to condition that before acceptance of his bail bond, the learned lower court will see the accurate amount having been digested by the petitioner and further, having the same deposited at the end of the petitioner.
