JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being widow mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant within two years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is old widow lady and claims to be separate from the husband of the victim when the husband of the petitioner was admitted for treatment the husband of the victim did not get him treated as a result he died and when the husband of the

Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim and the co accused Jitendra Prasad and Saroj Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 46508 and 54893 of 2015, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Danapur, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 232 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
