Petitioners are named in the first information report but informant does not claim to have seen the actual killing of the deceased and she only states that she saw the petitioners and some others fleeing from place of occurrence. Almost similar statement has been made by some witnesses but none of the prosecution witnesses claimed to have seen the petitioners carrying any firearm. Land dispute between the parties is admitted. Accordingly, above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Sono P.S.
