The present case was registered in the year 2011 against unknown person but in course of investigation, name of the petitioner came in this case. The police submitted charge sheet against some accused persons whereas investigation was kept pending in respect of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Taking note of the aforesaid submissions as well as this aspect of the matter that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in
