JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file appropriate objections before the disciplinary authority regarding the mode, manner and conduct of the disciplinary proceeding.

If so advised, the petitioner may file a detailed representation before the disciplinary authority regarding his objections which may be considered by the disciplinary authority and appropriate orders may be passed before passing the final order especially in view of the fact that the petitioner has already superannuated from his service.
