Patna High Court MJC No.454 of 2019(5) dt.18-04-2025 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order, if it has already not been removed.

2. Opposite party nos. 2, 4, 5, 6, & 7 have filed a show cause on 11.04.2025, wherein, in paragraph No. 6 it has been stated that at present construction material along with earth work do not subsist over the land in question.

3. On perusal of the show cause filed by the opposite parties, as noted hereinabove, I find that the order dated 21.06.2017 passed in CWJC No. 22426 of 2013 has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed of.
