The petitioner Dinesh Ram seeks bail in Sessions Trial No. 790 of 2014, arising out of Motipur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2011, registered for the offences punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

Nitu Devi the informant made allegation that the petitioner abused her husband and thereafter her husband set himself ablaze.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegation against the petitioner is that he abused his brother. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
