The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mehasi P. S. Case No. 223 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32, 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner is the owner of the truck from which recovery has been made and he was seen running away from the vehicle.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable
