====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The short question requires adjudication in the present writ application is whether on cancellation of deputation petitioner has submitted the joining on 08.6.2017? If so why not he was allowed to join by the Headmaster of the school? In the event it is found that cancellation of deputation was made vide Annexure-5 dated 06.06.2007 contained in memo No. 61572 then petitioner has a right to submit joining in the Parent School.

The respondents are directed to accept the joining of the petitioner and work out the entitlement of the petitioner for

Patna High Court CWJC No.11118 of 2017(2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 payment of arrears and current salary within a maximum of three months from dated of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The entire exercise in this regard must be completed by the respondent within the time framed as indicated hereinabove. With the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of.
