Grievance of the petitioner is that though he has applied in the year 2006 itself for grant of Arms Licence and even though, the concerned authorities have already recommended for grant of such licence and he was heard personally by the Licensing Authority itself, no final decision has been taken as yet by the Licensing Authority.

Having regard to the same, this court has directed the Licensing Authority to take a decision in the matter of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1683 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 petitioner in accordance with law within two months from the receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
