Gaya P.S. case No. 138 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(d), 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is of recovery of 400 kg. of Mahua flower from a tempo from the place of occurrence. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no source of identification. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for more than one month and he is ready to cooperate in the investigation.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8068 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Gaya, in connection with M.U. P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
