15-12-2015 Heard Sri Ansul, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner, who is in custody in N.D.P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015 (arising out of Gobindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2015) registered for the offence under Sections 20, 22, 23, 24 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is having clean antecedent and recovery of about 300 gm Ganja was shown from the premises of the petitioner. He submits that the quantity recovered does not show that it was for commercial purpose.

No.52982 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 Keeping in view the fact that only 300 gm Ganja was recovered from the house of the petitioner and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner namely Manjar Hussain @ Bhola Miyan be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 46 of 2015, arising out of Gobindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 249 of 2015.
