Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 124 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 144, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against this petitioner.
