In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no.2 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of three weeks from today by a reasoned and speaking order considering the aforesaid grievances of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.19059 of 2017 (2) dt.08-05-2018 2/2 regarding initiation of the departmental proceeding. Till disposal of the representation of the petitioner, the ongoing departmental proceeding shall remain stayed. The present writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
