Petitioners claim for their retiral benefits in the light of Government decision and recommendation of the 4th and 5th

Patna High Court CWJC No.12525 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 Pay Revision Committee and pay the difference of retiral benefit as given to other employees of the Nagar Parishad , Danapur. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that some of the employees are getting the said benefit and refer to an order passed by this Court in CWJC No. 15187 of 2015 dated 31.01.2018, stating therein that the petitioners are also entitled for similar benefit.

Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the authorities of the Nagar Parishad, Danapur, Patna to clear the dues of the petitioners, as is being calculated in case of other employees and make payment for the same within a period of seven months from the date of receipt of the order.
