Petitioners seek bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.310 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the IPC, 1980.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners are innocent and falsely implicated in this case due to suspicion. Further submits that the name of the petitioners has surfaced on the confessional statement of petitioner no.2, Rambabu Manjhi. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 09.09.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

No.8821 of 2020(2) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.310 of 2019.
