JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction or a writ in the nature of a Mandamus directing the Respondents not to construct boundary wall in between the Block No.

126 and 124 and further direct them to resolve the problem between the petitioner and a large numbers of persons living in the Eastern side regarding Rasta / passage between the said Block."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18013 of 2015(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
