The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of prearrest bail in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 100 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. His prayer for grant of prearrest bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24939 of 2019 on the ground that during subsistence of first marriage, he got married to another lady and started ill-treating her and her death occurred in his house in other than natural circumstance. After rejection of the application for pre-arrest bail on 17.08.2019, the petitioner did not surrender before the court below. He has renewed his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail

Apparently, no fresh ground is available to the petitioner.

In view of the gravity of the offence and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to take a different view of the matter. The application for pre-arrest bail is rejected again.
