Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 159 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is said to have been made from a car which does not belong to this petitioner, as stated in paragraph 7 of the petition. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Case No. 159 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
