JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that his father was holding a firearm under valid licence. After his death, the firearm was deposited with the Arms Dealer, namely, M/S Citi Fire Arms, Patna, thereafter, the petitioner applied for grant of licence for N.P. bore rifle on 7.03.2014 but the matter is still pending before the District Magistrate, Patna. Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to take a decision in the matter within a period of three months from the date of
