The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with Sessions Trial No.419 of 2018/414 of 2018, arising out of Salaiya P.S. Case No. 34 of 2018.

According to FIR, the petitioner allegedly assaulted to Ram Naresh Singh, the husband of the informant, with a sharp cutting weapon causing injury at the head and other parts of the body as a result whereof he died. The doctor found multiple injuries. Submission is that false implication is there due to previous dispute. The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2018. Considering the nature of allegation and material against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The trial
