Mangal were caught on the spot from where a mini gun factory was unearthed but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that Md. Mangal has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court and so far as the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned, local police is in habit of implicating the petitioner in false cases. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
