The petitioner was selected as a licensee by the District Selection Committee but no notification has been issued to that effect and that also for no apparent good

Mr. Upendra Pratap Singh, learned Advocate though tried to inquire from the office about the reason but no categorical reply could be given by him.

The counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 does not state anything which could give any assistance to this Court in passing any final order. Considering the afore-noted circumstance, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a suitable representation/complaint before the concerned Divisional Commissioner within a period of 30 days, when he shall look into the matter, have every aspect inquired into and pass necessary orders and directions for the needful, within a further period of 60 days.

In case, such notification is not being issued for no good reason, necessary direction shall be passed for issuance of such notification.

However, if there is any legal impediment in issuance of notice, that shall be made known to the petitioner for him to take recourse to his remedies under the

With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed of.
