The writ petitioner is perturbed by the use of illegal running of spice mills in the district of Motihari which is causing illness in the locality. According to him, he approached each and every authority and as they failed to do anything, has now moved before this Court.
It is appropriate that the petitioner file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 3, the Bihar State
Patna High Court CWJC No.15202 of 2018(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 Pollution Board.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall file a detailed representation within four weeks from today. If such representation is filed, the Bihar State Pollution Board is duty bound to pass an appropriate order within next three months after hearing the parties and also ensure that his order gets complied.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
