Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 27 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

A country made loaded pistol and cartridges were recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gandhi Maidan

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11742 of 2019(2) dt.25-04-2019 2/2 Police Station Case No. 231 of 2018, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
