Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bheldi P. S. Case No. 194 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of Indian Penal Code has been added.
The petitioner is a lady and the occurrence is said to have been caused by the male members of the family. There is no allegation against her.
Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
