The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nalanda Mahila P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 498(A), 341, 504, 506, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. The petitioner is in custody since 03.10.2019. Considering the submission of the petitioner that he is read to keep his wife with full honour and dignity, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Nalanda Mahila
