JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pranpur Roushna P.S. Case No.39 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 384 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court on 21st July, 2014 in Cr. Misc. No.23249 of 2014. Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 21.7.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.

However, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2370 of 2015 (3) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 prayer for bail after charges are framed.
