2. The present writ application has been filed to quash the order dated 30.06.2022 vide letter no. 994 passed by the Circle Officer, Obra, District- Aurangabad.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said letter is without any basis and in contradiction of the letter issued by the Halka Rajaswa Karmchari.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that this writ petition is not maintainable, as such letter is basically a correspondence made by the Circle Officer, Obra, DistrictAurangabad in compliance of the order dated 19.04.2022 passed in B.L.T. Case No. 343 of 2018.

5. After hearing the argument and going through the case record, it transpires to this Court that the letter no. 994 dated 30.06.2022 which has been challenged before this Court is basically a correspondence made between the Circle Officer, Obra, District- Aurangabad and the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, particularly, in compliance of the order dated 19.04.2022 passed in B.L.T. Case No. 343 of 2018.

6. This Court is not inclined to interfere in the correspondence made by the Circle Officer, Obra, DistrictAurangabad to the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna, if the petitioner has any grievance or any objection with the content of the letter, he is free to raise objection before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna itself.

7. In this background, the present writ application is hereby dismissed.
