Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner parked the motorcycle on the gate of the informant, for which hot exchange took place between the informant's son and petitioner. When the husband of the informant and her daughter came to rescue, then the petitioner assaulted with bamboo on the husband of the informant and her daughter was assaulted with fists and slaps by co-accused Shailesh Kumar and Pankaj Kumar.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for a petty dispute of parking of motorcycle

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1693 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2016 accusation has been levelled. Superficial injury has been found on the head of the husband of the informant and statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 493 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.

With this observation this application is disposed of.
