1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif vide order dated 18.01.2023 passed in B.P. No.39 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the learned Trial Court for mediation between the parties.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
