Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had already filed an appeal bearing Appeal No.01 of 2023, before the District Appellate Authority, Begusarai but till date no order has been passed.

Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner, the District Appellate Authority, Begusarai, is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the appeal of the petitioner after affording an opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within four months from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

It is made clear that the District Appellate Authority, Begusarai, shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of this order.
