JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 In pursuance of Court's order, Superintendent of Police, Buxar is physically present along with a show-cause having at his end wherefrom it is apparent that though belatedly, all the witnesses have already been produced. The Court's order must be complied with in its strict sense and so, the laches on the part of the Superintendent of Police, Buxar on that very score is apparent.

However, on account of production of all the witnesses, the show-cause file on behalf of Superintendent of Police, Buxar is accepted.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner's prayer for bail having already been rejected vide Cr.Misc.No. 29177/2014 order dated 26.09.2014 needs no reconsideration. Prayer for bail is rejected.
