The petitioner has filed this application for bail in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 509 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-b) a, and 26 of the Arms Act.

At the outset it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had moved this Court earlier for bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 76290 of 2019, however the same was rejected by order dated 02.12.2019 (Annexure-I) with the observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completing six months in custody. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2019. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Marhowrah P.S.
