In the present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of Indian, the petitioner has prayed for directing the respondent authorities to conduct an enquiry in relation to irregularity committed by the petitioner in the financial year 2009-10 to 2013-14, whereas learned State Counsel submits that there is no need for such enquiry, since in relation to such financial irregularity , earlier enquiry was conducted and after finding prima facie offence, an F.I.R. was already registered. Since, in relation to irregularity, an F.I.R. was
